At Aurexio Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital design services, our refund policy is as follows:


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • No design work has been started
  • Initial concepts have not been delivered

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Initial logo concepts have been delivered
  • Revisions have been requested or completed
  • Final files have been delivered
  • The delay is caused by lack of communication from the client

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has started but not completed
  • The project is canceled at an early stage

4. Revision Instead of Refund

We encourage clients to request revisions instead of refunds. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the final design.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent restriction from our services.
